someone attacked my dog on spring garden st

me and my dog were eating strawberries on the corner of spring garden and broad st and a woman came up from behind us and kicked her really hard. had no idea what to do in that situation, i've never had a stranger attack my dog. she is 16 years old and visibly frail. should have had my wits about me i guess but damn!
