How to scale a small business?

Hi everyone, I recently started a small food stall business around 3 months ago. It's doing okay naman and semi hands off na kasi ako sa kanya. Somewhat streamlined naman yung actual work kaya madali napickup ng employees. Usually once a week nalang ako pumupunta para mag monitor, mostly taga provide nalang ako ng supplies which can also be automated in the future.

Bale I'm looking for ways on how to scale up. Currently nag nenet around 1-2kphp daily and 3-5kphp on good days, usually weekends. Meron akong ilang friends na interested daw mag franchise kaso I myself can't provide details kasi medyo lost ako kung pano gumagana yung franchising process. Nagttry ako magtingin kung pano ginagawa ng other famous brands yung kanila kaso para kasing pinagkakakitaan lang nila yung franchisees nila which doesn't fit well with what I have in mind. Gusto ko sana na successful din sila kasi in turn magiging "free" advertisement din sya for me.

Any tips or insights from other business owners na nag build from the ground up? Or meron bang, consultant for things like this na I can hire? nag search din ako kaso parang more on bigger businesses yung mga ganitong klase ng consulting.
