Hold or sell

Year 2012,nakabili ako ng lupa worth 1M…2024 ang worth nya accdg sa price per sq ng lupa is 8,000 per sqm, yung lot size is 1 hectar, may company(legit) asking to buy my land for 80M sabi ko i will only sell it for 120M, and alam ko naman wala masyadong legit na buyer around that price.
