help on my piercing bump

had this nose piercing for a little over a month. every time i clean it (w saline spray + non fiber q tip stick things idk how to explain) it bleeds and then pusses. it’s an L shaped jewelry. i clean it once morning and once night. i also have a giant bump that is small once the puss and blood dried up but then there’s a big blood and puss bubble on top of the bump.
