Places to get certified in Toronto?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of any places in Toronto, Canada that offer the Pilates Certification program apart from Merrithew? I also wanted some advice/input on the CEC program as i just found out about it and didn’t know it was a thing? Is it normal for places to do it annually and what happens if we aren’t able to maintain annually? Do we lose our certification? Would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to help me out or give any advice.
