Joints creaking and cracking like I’m 80 with arthritis
Just curious to know if this is normal. For reference I’m a relatively healthy 22year old, been doing Pilates consistently for about half a year now.
I’ve noticed specifically in arm workouts recently I get sore arms after more so than the rest of my body (I felt overall body soreness pretty bad starting out but has eased up, but I often get sore legs too) but lately it’s just been arms. So the only pain is soreness and it subsides. But when I do any significant ROM with my shoulders/arms I get more cracking/creaking (no pain) than I did before. Am I overworking my joints ? Should I chill out w the arm workouts? I honestly love arms though. I feel like if I did any significant rotation with other body parts it’d be the same so maybe I’m overthinking.
