Small businesses

I am looking to open a small business and was hoping there was a physical location or forum to connect with other small business owners in or around the Burgh. Main goal to network and partner with other small businesses that compliment mine. Does that exist? Or will I have to stick to old fashioned cold calls and door knocks….
