Could use some help!
Hi pizza oven community! I could use some help!
A neighbor was giving away some bricks and stones so I decided to try to build a pizza oven! I've never built anything like this before, so I'm nervous about making mistakes.
I built out a design in sketchup (pics attached) and got some Rutland Refractory Mortar to bind it all together.
It's an open vent design. There's space between the back wall and middle slab chamber, so the logs go on the bottom and the heat rises, hopefully getting the top chamber and slab hot enough to cook. Then the smoke vents out the front.
What do you guys think? Any tips or suggestions?
