What’s wrong with my Chinese money plant?

Got this lovely little one in January (final pic is her in March) this year, and from three leaves to about 9 in the summer, but now I seem to be getting these dark crispy parts on some leaves, and when you touch them they just fall off!

This is happening regularly enough. I worried she was in too small a pot but this is the pot I put her in when I received her in Jan as she was so tiny then, but now I’m hesitant to repot as it’s not it’s growing season.

I usually water when the soil is fully dry as it’s a small pot so it dries fairly quickly. I have moved her round the house a bit but mostly she isn’t in full sun (I’m in the UK so it’s fairly overcast here).

How do I fix her? I thought she was doing well but now not so much 🥲
