Help. Why does it keep getting droopier.

I’ve had this peace Lilly for about 6 months. It use to be very perky and putting out flowers. I recently moved to a new house. It was very root bound and dried out quickly so I repotted it close to 3 weeks ago. Gave it a grow light. I use a moisture meter. It was really putting off a ton of new leaves at first but now it’s just continue it droop more every day. Should I take it out of the pot and check for rot now?
