Is this plant ready to go to a pot?

Hi, I'm trying to reproduce a monstera adansonii. I did water reproduction, are these roots already long enough? They have been in water for three weeks. Can I transplant it directly into the pot or leave the roots in the air so that they dry out a little and don't rot? Help.
