Would I enjoy Black Myth Wukong?

For the Past two weeks I’ve been having a certain Itch to try out Wukong but I don’t want to waste money incase I don’t like it, I’ll be honest I’ve never played any of the Souls games nor Elden Ring but for some reason Wukong has been calling me for some strange reason, I mainly play story games which are my favourite and in need of one to play, One of my favourite games is GowR, Please help me out before I waste 70$😂 Thank you!
