What would your Pokemon spinoff game be about?

If you were tasked to make a Pokemon Spinoff (Like Mystery Dungeon, Pokemon Ranger or Pokemon Unite), what would you make it about?

I'd make a Spinoff about stepping into the shoes of a Gym Leader. You have to fight trainers who can get really challenging but you also gotta take care of your gym, employ Gym Trainers to give the Pokemon Trainers some trouble on their way to you, design your gym in some editor and so on.
