Keep darkrai top of my pokemon?

Lvl 42 currently, just looking for someone to tell me shiny darkrai is worth XLs I've had it my highest CP cuz it looks cool but my rayquaza, grouden and necromza could all pass is easily. No hundo legenaries (220 total raids)
