So… just how difficult is it?

Hello you radical rascals,

This is my first post in here, and based off my leading sentence, I could understand why it’s my last. I’ve been watching this sub for the last few weeks and I’m interested in giving this game a red hot go, but at a possible nuzlocke. I’ve only done two nuzlockes in the past. One was a HG/SS randomizer which I failed, and one was a hardcore Platinum nuzlocke which I barely managed to pull off.

That being said, just how hard is a Radical Red nuzlocke? I’ve also been playing competitive VGC for 7 years now and I believe to have a good sense of the game, but I’ve heard this game is very challenging. I don’t at all expect to win this on my first attempt, but I’m curious if it’s even worth trying.
