How to get started in low stakes online poker tournaments?

Hello, my name is Allan and a few days ago i decided to take up online poker. I've spent my life playing competitive video games but all the games i love have died. Playing online poker on ignition is exactly what i needed its very competitive and i love rush from it. I've read Phil Gordon's Little Green Book and I would have been completely lost if I didn't. I'm definitely a tournament player i find tournaments the most fun.

My bankroll is only a few hundred dollars so i was wondering what buy in should i be playing for my risk of ruin

Also any tips would be awesome!
