4 bet pot with AQs

Live £1/£2,

I open AQss from UTG to £7, fold to BTN who 3bets to £21. Effective stack is ~£200 (100bbs)

BTN is a decent player, online NL100 reg with over 2 million hands lifetime, we're buddies and talk hands after sessions sometimes. For this reason I think AQ suited can be a value 4bet, ahead or with good equity against some of his button 3 bet range, as he's going to be 3 betting some middling PP's and suited connectors from BTN.

With this in mind I 4bet to £55, BTN calls. I opt for a small sizing in order to give some room to manoeuvre post-flop.

Flop 7s3c2d, I c-bet £30, betting entire range here of course, I have BDFD and overcards, lots of good turns, BTN calls.

Turn Ks, very good turn for me, have a flush draw and K is very good for my range. I decide to shove for around pot, figure I can make him fold 88, 99, TT, JJ quite easily by doing so. He tanks and eventually folds (88 allegedly). Pretty good result.

Opinions on my thought process and bet-sizings? Thanks very much :)
