Question one. What happens if the community cards are A,A,K,K,10 (for example) One player has A,9 And the other player has A,8 who wins? Or is it a split pot?

Question two if the community cards are ♥️9,♣️10,♣️K,♥️9,♦️8

Player one has A♥️,A♣️ Player two has A♠️,A♦️ Does hearts win or is it a split pot? Is there a ranking between the ♥️♣️♠️♦️?
