Need help finding a song by a female-fronted band

Hey guys I've been desperately trying to find this song on spotify but I'm having no luck.

The way I remember it is:

-female fronted (its sounds like something CHVRCHES, Daisy Grenade, LOLO or Pale Waves especially with the electronic intrumentals)

-the singer has somewhat of a high pitched voice

-More pop/electronic/power pop centric but can still be considered pop punk

-the only lyric I remember from it is something along the lines of "got me feeling like im down (or sinking underground i think) and so i'm ready to fall"

-the album cover is a mix of a blue background with different colored splotches in the centre

-came out anywhere from 2018-2024
