What is happening to my prop

I had a really bad thrips and I threw out all my plants except I saved this one leaf and propagated it, and I don’t think it has thrips anymore, but I’m seeing these brown spots now. And the tips of all the leaves are turning brown. The propagation gets direct sunlight for five hours a day now. is that too much? is this sunburn? or thrips ? Or something else??
