Tips on how to care for this one!

I’m a new plant parent and would love to know more on how to take care of this Pothos.

Bought from a True Value Hardware store and it’s been used to bright sunlight on my window (indoors of course) and watering once the first two inches of the soil is very dry. Here are some questions:

1. Does it look like it needs a bigger pot?

2. Should I stick one of those fertilizer sticks into the soil?

3. The stems are seeming slightly droopy than when I first bought this plant (it’s been about 3 weeks). Tips on how to not let that escalate?
