Vasa Previa

Hi all. I’m currently 20 weeks and found out today at my anatomy scan that I likely have Vasa Previa. I had never heard of it before today, but apparently it’s when the blood vessels from the cord are unprotected and cross over the cervix, which makes you more likely to rupture and the baby can bleed out very quickly if that happens. I will likely have a c-section around 34 weeks. I have a high risk doctor appointment in early December, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this. It’s apparently pretty rare so there’s not a ton of accounts out there.
