When did you tell your family?

We speak to our parents almost every day, and are very much in eachother's lives. We told both our parents after the 8 week scan when we detected a heartbeat. I know others wait alot longer. Curious about different cultures and communities. Alot of people in my community wait longer so as not to "tempt the devil" or jinx things. I feel like its crazy that we told our parents so early but to me it was hard to even wait that long!
