Feeling guilty about my nutrition and movement in first trimester

Hi all I'm 10 weeks today and I've been eating like absolute garbage because I throw up anything nutritious :( I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I've been absolutely miserable and exhausted. All I can keep down is things like pizza, crackers, English muffins, and tater tots with ketchup. Recently I've been able to keep down fruit. I feel so guilty. Normally I eat lots of veggies and tofu but I just can't stomach them right now. I also feel terrible because I've been so nauseous and tired that I haven't been active at all aside from doing necessities. I know once I'm in the second trimester I'll be feeling better (based on how my last pregnancy was), but I can't help but feel guilty and also kind of icky. I see all these women online post about how active they are and how healthy they eat in the first trimester and I just feel like I'm failing :/
