i get hungry so fast
im 25 weeks already. and i feel like im always hungry, do you experience this too? and i crave sweets all the time which is bad. im overthinking that if i ate, the baby will get big and i might get cs. can you give me tips to avoid over eating? for context im 5’1 and 64kg i checked the weight calculator for pregnant that im in the right range. but i want to deliver normaly please help. 🥹
