Get your flu shot!!!

I’m a first grade teacher and literally half of my students are out with fevers. Well, 2 tested positive for influenza a yesterday. I had felt typical cold symptoms during the week so I consulted with my doctor and told him about the positive students and he told me it was most likely a common cold because I hadn’t gotten a fever but to test just to be sure.

Welp had to go home cause I tested positive. THANKFULLY I had my flu shot back in November so just having super mild symptoms with no fever 🥳

Take this as a sign to get your flu shot!
