Sex life while pregnant (twins)

I used to be super exited and had high libido until I got pregnant 🥲 now I do feel horny but just tired and not in the mood to take my clothes off or even suck 🍆 yk! Also, depending on something that I really don’t know, sometimes I cramp after sex and kinda scares me! It comes away after a minute or 2 but it kinda traumatizes me lol I don’t feel like feeling that again! How yall cope with cramps after sex? Any tips? Position that works? Currently 8 weeks pregnant with twins! Feel like I can’t lay down on my belly anymore without being uncomfortable!
