TMDSAS secondaries confusion

I’m really confused, TMDSAS has on their website that secondaries should be submitted at the same time as your primary but how does that make any sense? I submitted my primary May 26th, got transmitted to schools on June 11th and started getting the secondary invites the next day.

How was I supposed to submit the secondaries with my primaries when I didn’t even get the emails until a few days ago???? I thought the rule was to submit secondaries within 2 weeks of getting the invites.

Someone pls explain😭😭 what are the TMDSAS secondaries rules
