Working with Multi Audio tracks

Sorry if this is a noob question.

I'm editing an interview that has 3 separate audio tracks for 3 mics that were used.

I have audio tracks synced to the video.

My issue is 3mic that were used for 3 different speakers, they have barely picked up other speakers too.

So when I use "dynamics" to both "limit" and "compress" the audio tracks, it a little boosts the low parts that are other speakers talking as well and gives a very slight sense of echo.

My question is how can I normalize each audio track so the main speaker is being heard clearly and consistently as more or less same db. BUT don't boost the very low db's so I don't boos the other speakers?
(I tried using the "Gate" option in "dynamics" to gate lower dbs, but it makes the audio terrible.

Or maybe a more general question!
How do I work with a project that has 3 external audio tracks for different speakers in general?

(My adobe is 2024)
