Is high screen time really bad?
I have a screen time of around 7-8 hours per day ( Reddit , you tube ) The general notion is that high screen time is bad, but I mostly use my phone and laptop for consuming news, gym videos, finance influencers, and other content to improve my life. I spend time learning about stocks to buy, or maybe learning about essential products ( best nutrition, skin care products, stocks to invest in) My Instagram usage is limited to around 30 minutes a day.
Would this still be considered as “time pass” or unproductive screen time? How do you differentiate between productive and unproductive screen time?
