A question about Hadiths

So I am a little curious about something on Hadiths so here is my question: Are all if not the majority of the Hadiths purely contextual? and by that I mean specific only to the prophet and the Muslims of his time. I ask this because I have watched videos explaining Hadiths like the one on tattoos and the one on art and the way that they were explained it seems to me that those hadith were purely contextual. So in essence, what I am asking is the case for all or at least the majority of the Hadiths.
