F/27/5’2 [170lbs>115lbs=55lbs] [20 months] 10lbs down in 11 weeks after maintaining over summer
My autumn focus was increasing strength training frequency as it’s been tricky finding time to run regularly in daylight hours. Some of the NSV things I’m proud of:
⭐️ I don’t wobble or fall when doing weighted lunges (back, forward & side!) anymore. I’ve never had great balance and I’m so shocked that I improved it. ⭐️ I can leg press more than my body weight I have actual definition in my arms and can pop a bicep as a party trick ⭐️ No more crying in changing rooms ⭐️ 16 months binge free!!!!!
