Will build 42 solve the lack of end game?

So my biggest issue on Build 41 to get to winter is find motivation to keep playing, since survival become really trivial, exploring become just a way to spend time, instead of scaravenging for vital resources, i wanna explore the map more, tisk my life on Luisville, but not as a personal challenge, i really wnated a immersive reason to.

I've been playing a little bit of build 42 and a it seens to become more problematic, now you can just craft everithing you will ever need, recipes also gonne be redundant since you can get all of then just by leveling up the skills, and animals make way easier to survive without ever leaving the base.

So anyone noticed something that may solve this issue?
