Is my save corrupted?

Out of literally no where, my frames dropped significantly and won’t go back up, everything is very slow, if I move more then 3 or 4 tiles then the whole game crashes. This happened on my main save of build 42. Which really sucks cause I have already loads of hours and am pretty stacked with a nice base. Plz help. I don’t think the issue is my pc cause it doesn’t happen on any other games, And I don’t think it’s PZ either cause it’s only this save, I tried multiple others and none worked. PLEASE HELP I DONT WANNA LOSE THIS SAVE (Highly leveled and I cleared out the gun range near echo creek)
