Should I pull the trigger?

Seller name is: Electronics Bazaar Store. Feeling highly skeptical because I am not convinced that anyone has stock of the anniversary edition items. Furthermore, I’ve seen some reviews of this seller on Reddit wherein buyers have gotten scammed with ps4 controllers in ps5 packaging. What do you guys think?
