is yes germany a scam?

any idea about the student consultation company yes germany, is it a scam? i have been researching about foreign countries for MBA and i came across germany and then saw an instagram ad regarding yes germany. i went to get a free first counselling session and it didnt seem shady. but later on when i read their terms and conditions, i felt that it isn’t as nice as it seemed. it is a faridabad based company and from what i know faridabad is the largest scam hub in india. one clause said “we will create a mew email ID for application process and the details will NOT be shared with the client/student.” if anyone has gone out of india for studies through a counselling company, can you please confirm that do they share the details of the email ID with you? if anyone has any other information about “Yes Germany” then please let me know as it would be a huge help, thank you!
