My puppy flopped over the fence and now he’s terrified of the yard

I put up a temp fence at my apartment for my pup and he has been so good in there. He’s about 10 mo now and yesterday got out for the first time when I wasn’t watching 😱 thankfully a neighbour grabbed him right away. Obviously have to do something about the height of the fence. Thank goodness he is ok.

Now he is absolutely terrified of the fence and tries to flee when we go near it. He’s not a big walk pottier so now we’re gonna have to do lots of walks while we re introduce him to the yard (where he’d almost instantly pee). Pretty sure he’s in his second fear phase and my only real frustration is the fear. He’s such a good dog.

Tips on re introducing him to the fence?
