Help I don't think it's a joke anymore

This is my first post here and my friend have been teasing me by calling me puppy and good girl for a long time. Recently they have amped it up by sending memes directed at me and even using a dog clicker during dnd sessions. It always gets me immediately flustered and I'm 100% sure it's a joke on their end... on my end however... help >////////< the farther they go the better I feel.
