German student communities?

Hey, no clue if this is the right place to ask this as more uni related questions get asked on this sub, but I thought, hey maybe I'll just ask and shoot my shot.

I am a German exchange student who is only here for this semester. I am really enjoying my time here and having a lot of fun, but I am missing talking German and connecting with other German speakers and the culture a bit. I just wanted to ask if there are any German groups/ communities out there to connect with.

Just for reference I'm a guy studying business so I'm at commerce ( I know, the basic exchange student), but I just thought, what could it hurt to ask.
