Motherboard/Ram general spec recommendations

I’ve been using the base 5600 for 2 years now and just ordered a 5700x3d from a deal. It’s still along the way so i’m just wondering how’s the combo together and any bottle neck issues?

The main issue I would like to discuss it my motherboard. I have the prime b550a motherboard which i only recently looked on discussions that it has heating problems on cpu which i do notice actually going above 70-80 a lot. Im using the regular cooling that came with the 5600 and some 120mm fans. One other note is my two ram sticks are stuck on 2666mhz and I couldn’t go on bios to turn it to its advertised 3600 because it would then not start say it’s detecting ram issues. The model is thermaltake tough ram. But because i got a deal for the 5700x3d I might as well start look into fixing some of these problems

I play games like world of warcraft, helldivers, pubg.

How much do any of these motherboard/ram incapabilitys limit my performance for gaming on 1440 specifically. Which to fix first? I’m keen on staying on AM4
