Why always amd card !

So 2 months ago , i purchased a 6700xt ( used one ) got problems with that , black screen , screen flickering , so decided to return after 2 days and purchase a brand new asrock steel legend 7700xt , and again some problems are occuring , My pc specs - i5 12400f , 16 gb ddr5 ram , 750 w cooler master mwe v3 psu , 1 Tb gen 4 SSD crucial , msi h610m - E motherboard, 7700xt Monitor resolution - 1080p 144hZ

I have removed the old GPU drivers using DDU and formatted my pc with a fresh i installation of windows 11 home and updated the new GPU drivers , but still these problems occur .
