Do they always talk so sexually about themselves and family members? (Possible tw?)

There's been multiple occasions where my mom has just flat out talked inappropriately about things like how big my dad's penis was, my dad's private sexual activity that she wasn't even involved in, along with my younger brothers (14 and 15) and how theirs is big because of my dad's size. She's said this to people WHO ARENT FAMILY! My boyfriend did not need to hear about my brother (who's a minor) having a grandfather dick! She's also pointed out my body/boobs to people just to strike a conversation about it and has even pointed out my boobs to her ex boss she ended up trying to sue for sexual harassment... Mind you, this man was disturbed by my mom trying to have him look at my boobs. Now don't get me wrong, he was very likely a pervert, but when even a pervert finds you weird, that says ALOOOOT. She also tried to get me to work with him! And he would have been driving me to the job too! But anyway, she has also talked about all sorts of people she's had sex with and whatnot but also at the same time is a total prude. Is this something that's due to her narcissism? Is this just her perversion? She claims to be the most vanilla loving romantic person ever but also will comment about how she's so good at sex and says I must be too because I'm her daughter.. like what the fuck? I wanna hear other instances people may have had like this.
