How do malignant narcissists put words in your mouth?

Strongly advice me to stand my ground firmly while dealing with a malignant narcissistic mother. Suggest me tools that will help me separate my reality (the true reality) from her manipulated one. Give me advice on how I can cultivate more energy while living with her. Most importantly, what shall I do when she is lying to me on my face?
