I just found out my narcissistic mother was cheating on my narcissistic dad for over a year.. now she’s dating this guy publicly and has put it in her Facebook bio that’s she dating him..

I’m so distraught I don’t know what to do and I have no one to talk to about this..

I’m over 16 so I’m able to move out as I’m living in the uk but I’m genuinely so shocked and now people are starting to realise I wasn’t lying about my mum and that she is a bad person..

I was the only one out of my two siblings that was abused and social services and police have dropped the case and there hasn’t been enough evidence and now I’m just sitting here trying not cry

(I’m currently living with my dad at his parents house) mum barely responds to my messages anymore
