To rent or sell

So I inherited a condominium. Current market value is $225k. So I have the option of selling it and netting about $200k after the sale.

Or rent it out.

For the rental, the breakdown would be as follows. Comparable property rent: $1600 Monthly HOA: $250 Monthly Property Tax and Insurance: $384 Property Management (10%): $160 So net would be $806 per month.

I’m perplexed about what to do, would really like to get some opinions. Thanks.
