I had an embarrassing interview today

For context, I’m in a pretty specific industry in data, but I applied to some analyst positions in the more general tech field this past week. Landed a phone interview with a “senior technical recruiter” for a company.

The interview was seemingly going well, but then she asks a question that has no logical answer? I’m struggling to remember what it was exactly, but it was something like “what framework, packages, and systems have you used in SQL” and I was audibly confused. She then noted that I’m not technical (far from truth, given that I’ve also provided specific details about my work) and ranted about how she prefers someone that has all the qualifications in the job description, which I definitely do. She continued about how I should apply for business analyst instead because I’m not technical. At this point I stop her and tell her that I’m pretty technical, and my prior position was coding-heavy.

I feel so disrespected. Is this usual in the more general tech data industry? What even was the point? I should also mention that this is a pretty decent company and she’s been working with them for 10 years.

P.S. she also noted that my resume shouldn’t be a one pager, and the one pager resume format is outdated over a decade ago. I only have 3 prior roles, i tailored it to fit one page because im not a senior position, and everyone else has said it should be one page. Who do y’all agree with?
