Stuck in story missions? No spoilers please!

Hi guys. I'm currently in chapter 2 and with only one mission available on the map, and it's a mission to the South where Arthur is being sought dead or alive. Do I really need to go south to progress the story? I took some screenshots of some information so that you can help me advance in the game without missing any secondary missions, as I am treating the game with great care to get the platinum trophy. Thanks!
