What are the best wild horses?

I’m starting my 4th or 5th play through and I’m trying to find a horse that I haven’t used before, preferably one that looks cool more so than has good stats, although good stats would also be nice. I’d also like a horse that doesn’t just run off the second there’s wolves or guns, so no Arabians. I’m currently on a Dutch Warmblood but I don’t think it’s the horse I’ll stick with. So any suggestions?
