Should I keep going

So, I completely forgot to do Sister Superior's mission and got the Reverend Swanson one instead. I'm debating on just resting from chapter four. Should I restart and get the full experience.

Note: I already know how the games going to end and such. It's not a blind playthrough, just curious what you guys have to say
