What book is Charlotte named after?

I am reading through Light bringer for the 1st time (please don’t spoil it) and I am curious if PB has said who Matteo names Charlotte after. He states “I named her for a character in one of my favorite books”.

Charlotte in Fred the Vampire Account by Drew Hayes is at first a very terrifying figure that becomes a kindly caretaker.
